LOST CONNECTIONS: Collaboration One

Born out of the isolation of the COVID-19 Lockdown, Inside the Ghost House’s first collaborative EP, “LOST CONNECTIONS” is a reflection of the time spent away from friends, loved ones, and our instruments. A collaboration with local violinist and improviser Florence Rutherfoord-Jones, “LOST CONNECTIONS” was recorded entirely in isolation. Neither heard what the other had played until the tracks were mixed, months later. The end result is a cohesive set of music, that captures the energy of two collaborating musicians. At times transcending, and at others highlighting the space that separates them.
